Underage Tryout Policy

All players must participate in their applicable age category. Anyone wishing to tryout for an older age group must submit a request to Clint Cranwell, V.P. of Hockey Operations by email clintcranwell@hamiltonjrbulldogs.com no later than March 1, 2012.
A Fee of $75.00 must be paid in each age category.
If the player is not deemed successful in the acceleration process, he/she does not have a guaranteed position on the roster in his/her own age category. The position is at the discretion of the coach in the appropriate age group as is all other players that are trying out.
Protocol for the Player Age Exception is as follows:
1. GOALTENDERS: Must be rated number one (1) Goaltender trying out for the applicable age Category.
2. DEFENCE: Must be rated number one (1) defenseman trying out for the applicable age category.
3. FORWARD: Must be rated number one (1) forward trying out for the applicable age category.
The Hamilton Jr Bulldogs Player Acceleration Committee reserves the right to obtain an Independent evaluator to their discretion to oversee evaluation and provide the Committee with the results.
The Hamilton Jr Bulldogs Board reserves the right to review all applications on an individual basis.
